This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected while using the Max Taller ("Application") app, how that data is used, and how it is protected. By downloading or using the application, you agree to this policy.

While you use the application, we may collect the following information:

Account Information: Your name and email address when you sign in with Google or Apple. Profile Information: Gender and date of birth. Physical Data: Height, weight, parental heights, shoe size, and sleep duration. Usage Data: Exercises you've completed, your level and streak progress, and your height measurement records. Device & Analytics Data: Device/operating system information and in-app interactions.

Your data is used solely to calculate your potential height, provide a personalized exercise/nutrition/sleep plan, track your progress, and improve the application. To calculate your potential height, anonymized physical data (such as age, gender, and parental heights) is sent to an AI service; your name or email is never shared with that service.

We use PostHog analytics to improve the app and diagnose issues; this may include in-app interaction data and, where permitted, anonymized session replays. Subscriptions are processed through RevenueCat. Your data is securely hosted on Supabase. When you sign in with Google or Apple, their own privacy policies also apply. We never sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Your personal data is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers listed above that are necessary to operate the application, or with authorities where required by law.

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time: instantly via "Delete Account" in the Profile tab within the app, at https://uzunol.org/delete-account, or by emailing [email protected]. In-app deletions take effect immediately; other requests are completed within 30 days at the latest.

This application is designed for users aged 16 and above; we do not knowingly collect data from users under 16. Users between 16 and 18 may only use the application with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

The application's content is for informational and general healthy-lifestyle purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Information provided under this policy is offered "as is."
